Card company offers 4.99% on a transfer then13.24% but will vary based on prime rate. How high might it go?

I have a card with a 00 balance and 13% interest rate. Another card I have offers 4.9% til Jan 2013. Then it goes to 13.24%, standard for balance transfers but will vary with the market based on the prime rate. I won’t be able to pay it off within that time. Am I foolish [...] http://bit.ly/oOPpvm
