Best rates for ISA savings of �22000 total including this year's allowance?

I have several different providers of mini cash ISAs over the past few years. Now I would like to consolidate all of these by transferring a total of �22,000 + to a new provider. This should give me a better interest rate. I do not want to be committed for more than 2 years. http://bit.ly/pREx5g
